The editors invite submissions for a special issue dedicated to the initial reactions to the Covid-19 outbreak. The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the most significant events of the 21st century. Government reactions to Covid-19 will have lasting effects in societies around the world.
The editors are interested in papers that study economics, political, social, and cultural reactions to the pandemic. A non-exclusive list of topics for this special issue include:
There is no strict limit on the length of the paper. However, the editors recommend an extension between 6,000 and 9,000 words.
Papers can be written in either Spanish or English.
Papers should follow LIBERTAS’s interdisciplinary style. Papers should be scholarly rigorous yet be accessible for an interdisciplinary audience and non-experts in the subject.
The submission deadline is June 30, 2020.
